About

We started with a problem, not a product.

Most electrolyte labels are hard to read and harder to trust. That gap between what a label says and what is actually in the jar is where BLNC began.

The problem

Labels should be readable, not decorative.

Walk down the hydration aisle and most of what you find is a proprietary blend, a wall of marketing language, and amounts you cannot actually locate on the package. We wanted the opposite: three minerals, a short list of simple naturals, and every number printed where anyone can read it.

For years we heard the same question from clients: which one of these should I buy? The honest answer was never about promises. It was about who was willing to show you the label.

The path here

Years of coaching, one recurring conversation.

Before BLNC existed as a product, it existed as a conversation, repeated across training sessions, clinic visits, and morning workouts. Clients would ask which electrolyte to buy. The honest answer was always the same: something with a transparent label, a short ingredient list, and no marketing theater.

That answer got harder to give as the shelf got louder. So we built the version we already wished existed, simply formulated, built for daily use, and written in plain language anyone can read.

What we optimized for

Trust over hype.

Education first

We'd rather you understand hydration than buy a jar. If you understand it, the jar makes sense.

Transparency always

Every ingredient, every dose, printed in plain sight. No proprietary blends.

Long-term relationships

We're building a brand for decades, not a launch cycle.

The people behind it

A small team in Chattanooga.

BLNC is made by a small group with backgrounds in coaching, health, and physical performance. We're not a celebrity-founded brand and we're not trying to be one. Our job is to keep the ingredient list honest, the label accurate, and the product simple enough to enjoy every day.
